East Tennessee Fishing Show. January 19-22, 2012. Jacobs Bldg @ Chilhowee Park, Knoxville.

The East Tennessee Fishing Show has made a name for itself every year in the industry, however the excitement is building each day as preparation continues to make 2012 the best year ever!

Remember when we got our first fishing pole, whether it was Barbie or Mickey Mouse, girl or boy, it doesn’t matter, we all grew up to love the sport. Some of us have made a career out of it and some have made it recreation time with our families. Women time, Men time, or just Quiet time; the love of fishing and being close to the water makes memories in our lives throughout all four seasons. The people that put their time and effort into this show are what make it happen.

The exhibitors in this show come from many different states; some are experienced exhibitors that have been part of The East Tennessee Fishing Show family for many years, and this year we are welcoming a record number of new exhibitors that will be offering even more ideas and products making them part of The East Tennessee Fishing Show family. After year long preparation, they come to sell custom made rods and reels, and hand made lures that you can’t buy just any where, to add to your collection of fishing tackle. The show also provides tournament trails, vacation spot information, and the latest in boating apparel, waterproof cell phones, and food to take along for your boating trip. At the end of your fishing day, there will be seasonings to make your catch into the perfect meal.

Bunch Marine will be presenting the exciting 2012 model boats including Ranger Boats, Triton Fiberglass, and Lowe Fishing Boats. Morristown Marine will be presenting the newest 2012 models from Skeeter Bass Boats. These boats will be shown with the latest equipment from Mercury, Yamaha, Motorguide, Minnkota, Humminbird, Dual Pro, and Lowrance. Both dealerships will be offering special deals on new 2012 boats, motors, and electronics that will only be available at this show. In house financing will be available and trade in’s are welcome.

Come and see Pro Angler’s Bill Dance, owner of 23 National Bass Titles, Bill Braswell and Dan Dannenmueller, 2011 Crappie Masters Classic Angler team of the year, Bryon Velvick, Bass master Elite Angler and former Bachelor in 2004 on the famous show “The Bachelor”, David Walker, 1999 FLW Land O Lakes Tour Angler of the year; Hal Schramm, Lifelong Angler & Fisheries Professor at Mississippi State University; Mark Davis, 2007 FLW Tournament Winner & 2001 Bass Angler of the year, Paul Elias, 2011 FLW Champion Tour of Lake Guntersville with the newly acclaimed “Alabama Rig.” Scott Martin, 2011 FWC World Championship of Bass Fishing, and Shaw Grigsby, 2011 Bass master Elite Series Winner Sunshine Showdown. Some of these pros will be giving seminars, answering questions, and signing autographs for their fans throughout the show.
